As you may or may not know, OD was in the process of shifting hosts, appointing a new co-webmaster, and fixing up many loose ends. However, most of that is at a halt for the time being.
The server failed in early June and Apache had to be reinstalled due to some freak incident. As a direct consequence, all work done to the site thus far in migrating it has been lost. The new forums are currently offline after only living for a few days, and even I myself am left a bit in the dark.
The site's old content is still saved on my hard drive. Don't worry. However, we were in the process of massively cleaning up the site's code on a page-by-page basis. As far as I can tell, neither myself, nor my new co-webmaster, Phantom, nor even the server administrator himself was actively keeping any sort of backups of our progress. This is really basic, mutual negligence on all our parts.
